Fermoy Golf Club

Established in 1892, this wooded course represents a challenging test for both the expert and the novice golfer. The newly refurbished clubhouse and restaurant overlook the rolling course and countryside. Corrin Hill is a focal point for the area with its commanding stone cross at its summit.

Situated on the sunny south facing slopes of Corrin Hill and set in a glorious profusion of natural heather and gorse, it offers a varied and interesting challenge to experienced and occasional golfers alike.

The course commands a breathtaking views of the Blackwater Valley.Located just outside Fermoy town, the golf course is located just 20 minutes drive from Cork city on the Cork – Dublin road. Fermoy Golf Club caters for all groups of golfers – Gents, Ladies, Juniors and Seniors. Visitors are welcome all year round. Bar and Restaurant available.

Bangor Golf Club

Bangor Golf Club is situated on the outskirts of Bangor overlooking Belfast lough and the Antrim Hills. It is a Private Members Club with upwards of 1000 playing and social members.

Bangor Golf Club was founded in 1903 with a nine hole golf course. The 18 hole layout was designed by James Braid and although it has been modified it still retains many of its original features.

Greystones Golf Club

Founded in 1895, Greystones GC is one of Ireland’s longest established golf clubs. It sits in one of Ireland’s most scenic locations, surrounded by the Wicklow Mountains with wonderful panoramas of Dublin Bay.

The Club was originally set around Jones’s Hill which still provides the feature hole (7th.) of the course, set high above Greystones town with magnificent views from Lambay Island to Wicklow Head, with the Sugarloaf and Wicklow Mountains as the inland backdrop.

Howth Golf Club

Howth Golf Club is located on the beautiful scenic peninsula of Howth in North-East County Dublin, Ireland and features wonderful views over the city of Dublin. Looking south, we have Dun Laoghaire, Bray and Co. Wickow, North over Co. Dublin and Co. Louth and the Sea to the East. On a clear day you can see as far as the Mountains of Mourne in Co. Down.

Founded in 1916 this heath land links style course was designed by the renowned golfer and course architect James Braid, a 5 times winner of “The Open” Golf Championship who can count the design of the prestigious Kings and Queens Courses at Gleneagles amongst his greatest achievements. James was well known for including dog-leg design golf holes in his course designs and the 5th hole in particular is an excellent example of how he blended a great golf hole into the unique Howth Heathers. The exceptional views from the 16th tee are worthy of mention in any golf guide.

Beaverstown Golf Club

This hidden gem of Irish golf with its unique design, laid out on 132 acres that includes 20 acres of mature apple trees, borders the shores of Rogerstown estuary and nature reserve.

Knock Golf Club

Knock Golf Club is a beautiful parkland course which has a wonderful variety of large and small trees, with many deep bunkers and a river coming into play in front of the 8th and 18th greens.

The 453, yard Par-4 sixth is considered to be one of the best holes on the course.

The hole features what is reputed to be the oldest araucaria “Monkey-Puzzle” in the British Isles, said to be over 100 years old it stands at over 70 feet tall and is still thriving. This hole is particularly attractive in the spring when the Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom.
